Award-winning Tākaro Trails Cycle Tours has lots of experience providing individuals, groups, and families everything they need to see, explore and experience the best of the Hawke’s Bay by bike. From beginners to experienced riders, we make it easy for you to get out there cycling.
What: There are 2 options:
Group Guided Tour - Meet at Tākaro Trails base in Ahuriri to be matched with the perfect e-bike and chat with their guides. Cycle along the Hawke’s Bay Trails to Bayview and stop at Crab Farm winery for a light platter lunch plus a wine tasting.
Included: On-bike guides, e-bike, helmets, map, bicycle bag, van support, wine tasting, assortment of shared food platters. – Limited spaces, book it quick!
Self Guided Tour - Between 16 March to 27 March 2026. Ebike hire and map/support
Special Rotary rate: Guided tour = $115 pp full package. Self guided = $65 pp
