Gin Distillery 

From the HQ in Napier, they distill gin, vodka, rum and whisky from their state-of-the-art copper stills. They source the highest quality ingredients from around our beautiful country and the world, hand selecting and blending to create spirits which tell stories. And they've opened their doors to the public for you to come in and learn about their process and products in person. 

What: There are 2 options.  

1) Blending - A tour of the distillery and a tasting to hone your botanical skills while being taught the art of blending by one of their distillers. You will then get to blend your very own 700ml bottle of gin to take home with you. 

2) Tour and Tasting - You will receive a welcome drink and a heritage tour of the building with history of the tobacco factory. A behind the scenes tour of the distillery with one of their talented distillers to see where the magic happens, followed by a guided flight of four gins (or rum or vodka) plus one mixer. 

Special Rotary rate: Blending = $99pp / Tour and Tasting = $70pp 

Timings: 2pm – 4pm
